Is this graphics card good?

Also, if I buy a DVI to VGA adapter will it decrease the display quality?

And is this motherboard good, again, I don’t know how to measure quality

The graphics card is good for the money and will play on medium-high settings, DVI to VGA will not increase quality that is up to the graphics card. The graphics card will work with the motherboard however you need to see which processors will work with the motherboard as if you have a good graphics card and a shit processor you can not play games very well. Also it only had 2 ram slots so having to buy larger modules could cost more. I would buy an already built pc with a good processor for like £400 and then buy the graphics card as building a pc from scratch is tricky.
